Food was good but the service wasn't
Being given the total without a greeting.. I could have overlooked. Then to not find an answer for me...how much is the new cheesy crust pizza? That was a terrible experience and reflected poorly on the cashier's abilities or training. Cashiers should want to help customers when it means more business could be coming. It's called "upselling" I believe? I didn't expect to order it that day in the drive thru as I picked up my order, but I was on the phone with someone who may have ordered for themselves if they knew the cost. I did enjoy my order though which is why I did give a 3 instead of 2. Could have been 4 if she simply said "hi" to me.
The location is a Pizza Hut & KFC combined. Friendly staff. Good food. Ok Buffet. Down side is that anything usually included on the buffet, cole slaw/biscuts/etc, is an extra cost. The owner has always been on the cheap side. At least he stopped charging for water. Any special items or promotional food is never available because he does not want the expense of special things. They also do not honor most coupons or regular KFC deals. Overall, still ok.
Great service! The buffet was alwys stocked with food.
