Never answer the phone, delivery took over an hour.
If I could give them no stars I WOULD. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all they never answer the phone, even when they aren't busy and I called them for an hour straight wondering where my food was. This is ridiculous!! Half the time the phone would only ring once forcing me to believe that they were making the call end early, what is this someones personal phone? I thought this was a professional business. I'm so glad I opted to pay upon delivery because I would have been scammed. Also the entire time you're watching the tracker for this restaurant it says that the food is still being prepped. Not once does it change, so you never know when the food gets done. I've never had this issue with dominos before. This store has the worst customer service ever and I'm warning you not to order here unless you pick it up.
The food is great. I like everything about this place. The only thing that I don’t like is the delivery service. They might be late sometimes for 10-20 minuets. However, sometimes they deliver on time. I think it depends on how many customers they have since they are the only Dominos in Indiana. Keep up the great work.
I love the food but hate the customer service. Pretty sure it's the actual manager of the store so it's not like anything can be done. But be extremely wary when ordering here. If you should need to call in for literally any reason, prepare yourself for rudeness and near hostility. I'd suggest pizza from literally any other place.
This is the worst dominos I have ever ordered from. Whether it’s a pizza or a bread bowl or even the cheesy bread I don’t think they have ever been fully cooked a single time. It’s disgusting that they literally just keep delivering raw dough to my house. LEARN HOW TO COOK YOUR FOOD.
