they may be quick but the product line needs improvement I would rather have a great tasting sub that takes a while for that kind of money instead of extremely fast

Love their food, but their management and their staff are assholes.
3 times in the past 12 months we've showed up to find the store closed or closing, hours before their posted time. Tonight, I checked their website and it said they were open until 11 pm. My husband drove over (because we're a few blocks outside of their tiny delivery zone). He got there at 7:50 pm and the staff was already cleaning up and closing the store! Almost THREE HOURS before their scheduled closing time. The other 2 times were similar: we checked the website, it said they were open, went over and they were either closed or closing hours ahead of schedule.
The website and take out menu says closes at 11pm. i called multiple times around 10 no one answered. I drove to the store and walked in they said they were closed but it was only 10:20. I understand wanting to get off of work a little early but to not answer the phone with an hour left is ridiculous. Just pure laziness.
They are fast. They made me a double roast beef double cheese loaded fast. Great sandwich, great service. First time at any jimmy johns. I will be back to this one for sure.
Like I said, I love their food and would happily go to another location. But management either needs to learn how to run a business or grow some balls and fire the employees responsible for this bullsh*t.
