First off, the pizza is good. Good consistency, topping concentration, and sauce. However, our toppings were incorrect. Not one of them, but two. Just as a heads up,the large is 14", the size of a dominoes large. Not a deal breaker, nor overpriced for what you get, but fair warning.
If the waffle fries were forgotten, which is what we suspect, we would have happily waited for fresh ones if the option was presented to us. None of this is catastrophic, but it's enough that we thought an offer of refund or exchange would have been made when we called, VERY POLITELY, to let them know. Negative.
Great food and price! My husband and I tried something different tonight, I got a medium taco pizza and he got a deluxe stromboli. Both were delicious! Delivery driver was very sweet and fast! Everytime we call the staff is nothing but polite! Which is rare anymore. Our favorite pizza place in town! Had to let you know
Overall, disappointed, and simply not returning our business here due to the plethora of alternatives in this wonderful town (they should keep that in mind ).
A great selection of wine by the glass or bottle served by friendly hosts. We will be back!
Now, full disclosure, we were early to pick up our order, and there were only a couple of people working. That being said, they didn't appear to be that busy, as one of those two people took their break, and the other continued to fill orders.
The waffle fries we ordered wouldn't have been bad either, HOWEVER, we obviously got the last ten, (yes, exactly ten) that were left under the heat lamp for too long.
Yum! Delicious pizza. They have only made my food wrong once and when they did, they made me a new pizza and didn't charge me for it (I had not paid for the first one yet).
Tremendous customer service! Thanks for the military discount on phenomenal pizza! The meat-lover large pie was superb!
