This hotel will do the "trick" if needing a place to crash for sleep purposes. Not a vacation type hotel.
Hotel is functional.
The staff was exceptional and friendly.
Dirty sheets, fire alarm chirping because battery is low, air-conditioner knocking and not blowing any cold air. They charged my card when I checked in, then told me afterwards that they had to take an extra $150 for incidentals. I have state or other Quality Inns before and they were OK but this one is an absolute dump.
About what you'd expect from a Quality Inn, but the staff is nothing but kind and courteous. They recognized my father in law's name from a handful of stays over the course of multiple years, were more than willing to take care of an issue we had regarding beds.
I would not have stayed in this hotel if I would have known of these issues!
This hotel needs cleaned up. The stairwells smell so bad of cigarette smoke or some form of stink? Our room had dirty towels hanging behind the door in the bathroom. The microwave was filthy, red splatter of food still on the glass plate in microwave. The tv was like trying to watch a show through a snow storm. The air conditioner sounded like a Mack truck every time it came on. There were dead stink bugs laying on the window sills and elsewhere in the room. And there were small flying bugs that looked like termites. No elevator in this hotel, so if your elderly you have to carry your luggage up 1-2 flights of steps. When calling the front desk, I used the room phone, and it was filthy.
The room was average with an in wall unit AC. Slept great in the bed though.
Hotel is old.
The gym had 2 aerobic machines and the bike did not work.
Good location, near highway (422). Quiet and clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff
The breakfast was great.
The stairwells had nasty carpet and smelled. NO elevator.
