My father-in-law called 6 months ago and booked 5 rooms with queen beds, requested combining rooms if possible if not all next to each other. We get here after a long 6 hour drive. The child, I use child because she seemed high as a kite and extremely unprofessional, the child at the front desk couldn't find our reservation at all, even after giving the confirmation numbers we gave she couldn't explain what happened, so after AN HOUR of her lolly-gagging on the computer, she was able to scramble 4 instead of the 5 rooms we reserved, all scattered through the hotel, and 2 rooms had ONE full bed, the others had two full beds. We could live with this because The website said there was a pool and that's all they wanted was to go swimming. Turns out, they no longer have a pool. Strike one. The first room my husband, children and I were given was room 210, we walk in and the room was never cleaned. Strike two. The child receptionist went to look at the cleaning logs and it was written that room 210 was cleaned that morning, definitely not. The beds weren't made and garbage was all over, and the supplies, soaps and shampoos were used. So we went back to the counter and after another 45 minutes she comes and says it was written on the log it was cleaned and again she couldn't explain what happened and gave us yet another room. She gave us 222. We walk in, it looks clean so we put our bags in and try to plan what our next step is. My daughter walked between the beds and steps on something sharp and collapses on the bed and I look, she has a frigging tack sticking out of her foot!!!! That was the final strike. I walked down the hall, showed my husband and in-laws and we went straight to the counter. We waited yet again 25 or so minutes for the girl to get off the phone. Finally, she acknowledged us, we told her what happened and she fluffed it off and couldn't care less. We asked for the manager and she "was the only one there". She got on her cell phone and called someone she claimed was the manager and LAUGHINGLY told this person we found the tack on the floor. That's when my husband popped up and raised his voice so the person on the phone could hear that we found the damn tack IN HER FOOT!!! The whole time she's on the phone she's laughing, not caring about making the customer happy and telling a half was version of what really happened. She offers us yet ANOTHER ROOM. While she is offering the 3rd room to us, my sister in law comes from her room and says their A.C. unit is leaking and the carpet is soaked. We went back to our room to cool down, my husband sat on the bed and the next thing we know there's a BEETLE crawling on him. That was the final straw we left right then and there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE, EVEN A DUMPSTER BEFORE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

This was a very good hotel for what it was- a budget hotel. We just needed a bed and a shower while visiting family and it was perfect. The only criticism I can find is that rust bothers me, and the handle bar in the shower was really rusty. Other than that, it was a perfectly clean and comfortable room.

Let me begin my nightmare for you. My family and I live in Michigan and came to PA for the 40th family reunion.

Nice place and clean. Ppl were very nice. Its 84 outside. We wanted to get in the pool. They told us that the pool was broken...... We have nothing to do.... My son is ready to leave after that important info.

Convenient location to Levity, Noble Stein and Firehouse brewing. Comfortable clean room. Bed was nice and plenty of electric outlets.

Rooms were clean, jacuzzi rooms are available just not working - I guess they are under construction. The breakfast was good. Waffle maker!

MOST DISGUSTING, NASTY, HORRIBLE HOTEL ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!!!! IF I could give this hotel a negative score I would.
