Reception venue planning. Well we can make all of this met with Holly and a couple other staff to begin planning and reserving the Park Inn for wedding reception. They were exceptionally helpful full of information very easy to work with. I'm extremely pleased.
It served it's purpose but we won't be staying here again.
The accommodations were great. Clean rooms,friendly service by staff. Breakfast was fine however the wait to get the food was well over an hour.
Other than the restaurant, all was well.
Very cool place! Overall enjoyed the stay, except for one thing. The rooms only have a thin curtain to block a large glass window between the room and the hall. When the lights are on in the room you can see inside and you can't block out the light at night. It gives a very old-school fancy motel type feel which is cool but the heavy shades that are on the sides for decorative purposes really need to extend to cover the whole window. The entire wall is a window (besides the door) so you really don't have privacy when you can see everyone walking through the hall (lights off) or they can see you (lights on).
Also if you're planning to turn in early (I went to sleep at 10:30) request to be as far from the bar as possible. Great atmosphere for the live music but it's very loud.
I attended a company Christmas party and the service for the meal was good. The food catering was excellent and the staff was helpful and polite.
The only visible updated area of this hotel is the lobby. I'm not sure if Radisson just took this over but we were not impressed. We may have been given an older room because we requested a pet friendly room, but the room looked nothing like the pics on the internet.
No complimentary breakfast, fuzz balls on linens and towels. Dusty surfaces.
Building needs some maintenance.
We had a room that was accessible from outside. Had we wanted to deal with the hassle we would have asked for another room. The vehicle traffic noise during the day was ridiculous. No way you're taking a mid-day nap.
