I've had delivery from here multiple times and even ate in the restaurant. The delivery is a joke. It usually takes an hour to get there, then everything is cold and you have to heat it up. On top of that, they don't even deliver it to your door. I live in the Arch and they'll call me from some New York number telling me to come down and pick it up. I'm sorry, but that's not delivery. Other businesses will actually deliver to your door. I don't wanna go out and pick it up, if I did I would have chosen to actually pick it up from the store! Then the people that work there are super rude. I've tried delivery 4 times now and won't be ordering from them anymore. The only reason why I've given a two star is the couple times I've eaten in the restaurant the food was pretty good, the staff was still really rude. I'd rather go to one of the buffets around here where the food it great and the staff is actually nice to you.
As a Chinese, this is the last place I would go to eat Chinese food. I not only feel the food is not cooked in good quality, but the dishes are very pricy compared to what they have to offer. Also, remember, the waitress do not get the tips. All the tips go to the boss if you ever want to make a tip as a customer after eating there (Do not ask me how do I know. I have friends working there before).
Special shout out to Huey and the staff. My niece and nephew enjoyed themselves! Thanks for the special chopsticks for them, we had a really great time!
We come here often and we love it. It has a soft comforting atmosphere and a friendly staff. They offer a wide spectrum of delicious dishes. A Japanese friend said the Sushi is excellent. If you are feeling adventuresome, try a dish from their chinese-language menu.
I personally do not like eating here at all. The only reason I do eat at Kim Moon every so often would be because I would end up craving Chinese food and this would be my LAST RESORT considering that this is the only Chinese restaurant out here that delivers. Their wonton soup tastes watered down and old, their chicken (sesame, general tso) comes in large random pieces, and their rice has no flavor whatsoever. Also, their delivery takes about an hour and your food ends up cold.
