Worst service I've ever received at a food place. My 2 friends and I entered the building at 9:45 (parlor closes at 10:00 but kitchen is open until 12:00). I ordered 3 sliders, a cookie and a milkshake. My friend Hunter ordered 4 sliders, a cookie and a milkshake. My other friend ordered 4 sliders and 4 motzerella sticks. We planned to take our food and leave because the parlor was closing soon. I was told that were out of the cookie I wanted and was offered a refund, that's well and good. My friend ordered the same cookie before but wasn't told they were out so I assumed he was getting the last one. When my friends food came out there was no cookie. They simply forgot about the cookie then told him they were out and he had to pick another item, fine. My third friend recieives his sliders and they completely forgot his motzerella sticks. At this point we sit down to wait for our friends other food because it's becoming ridiculous. We are in the middle of eating our sliders (which had the wrong cheese on them) now that everything is solved, and drinking the runniest, worst milkshakes of our lives when we are very rudely told we needed to leave because it was 9:59 and the parlor was closing. It was literally their fault that we needed to sit down in the parlor in the first place so this was just the icing on the cake towards my decision to never return to this establishment.
We have the meats!!!!! Ha. Always a fast food favorite for me.
My French dip was packed with tender roast beef. Delicious.
Great food at a good price, the staff are very friendly, depending on how busy they are your order gets to you pretty fast.
The workers are too loud when speaking to you at the drive through. You can hear what people's totals are from a half a mile away.
