Tonight is our first time we (as a family) order a take out full pizza from this place. We ordered veggie Greek extra large pizza because we liked it when we tried it from their ready made slices they off for dine in. The pizza came in looking nothing like the ones they sell inside the restaurant. It was so thick and the cheese and veggies tasted very sour that caused me to have a heartburn. I felt horrible after having one slice.
Order is always ready to pick up when they say it will be. Everything is always consistently cooked to perfection. And their delivery is spot on.
I have been a customer for years and the last 5 times I have ordered from here my order was wrong completely!!! It takes them almost an hour and a half to 2 hours to deliver my food when I live 10 minutes away so the food is always cold!!!! Never again will I order food from here it's awful and disappointing!!!!!
I thought I would call them before I write this review to get compensated or something. They asked me to call back to get to talk to their boss when he comes back. I call back again and he is in a meeting. I called the third time and he replies. I asked for compensation and he offered me 50% off next time I ordered a pizza with one topping but I said that I won't trust to order takeouts again. I stated that I only liked the ready slices they offer inside their place. So, he asked me if we ate some of the pizza and I said each one of us ate a slice. He said then I cannot resell it to other customers. After some more negotiation he said bring the pizza and I will refund you. When we took the pizza back he said you ate some of it so I cannot resell it and refused to compensate.
First time trying their food. I saw their Friday burger special and for a good price with fries while waiting for the bus (convenient location), I couldn't turn it down! The fries were crispy, chewy and amazing! As I sat there all I saw was good customer service to myself and to other people coming in for dine-in. Next time will try their slices!
I was shocked that he planned to resell returned food. I would never trust them again!
Good New York style pizza if you're looking for a quick bite. Prices are very reasonable.
