Awesome, kind staff, that love to joke but are professional at the same time if you want a great hair cut for a cheaper price go to Great Clips
They are extremely unprofessional, do not follow through with their satisfaction policy, are actually fraudulent in even trying to help resolve a bad haircut when the receipt says otherwise. ... the managers just want to argue that they are right and cannot hold themselves accountable for their actions in any way especially when they realize they are in the wrong with before and after pictures.... complete opposite of what I learned in business school at Cornell ... you loose your name what else do you have left? If I were Kelley or Natalie, I would turn from very immoral behavior because I'm not the only one that's complaining... you really need to take responsibility of your actions instead of try and twist and blame on to the customer because it is completely unacceptable. I was told to come back to resolve the bad hair cut ... and to make it worse, you disrespect your own employee behind his back to try and save yourselves when you were confronted to try and resolve a situation.. You refuse to help when it's policy and turned it into an interagation .... do not disrespect me and cause a scene because the problem is when you refused to do your job... extremely poor ethics and extremely poor business model by managers, esp to disrespect and even downgrade your coworker for telling the truth.... why don't you lie some more to yourself, kelley?
