Love Wal-Mart. Very useful handy electric carts allow me to freely drive around and shop. Love the service personnel who always lend a helping hand. Thank you Wal-Mart for all you do!
This Walmart has the most PREJUDICE employees I have ever met. I was falsely accused of stealing my suitcase that I brought to the store (because I catch the bus and prefer to roll my bags instead of carrying them) once I told her I brought it from home for my bags the cashier looked at me as if I was lying and called her manager to check my bag. (She didn’t see me stealing ANYTHING just assumed because I’m a young black African American woman that I’m a thief. Everyone already says that this Walmart racist and today a cashier by the name of SHERYL (curly hair, mid 20s, glasses) proved their stigma AGAIN.
Had a really good experience in the photo department today. Thanks to the two ladies who were so patient and helpful.
My friend and I were exceedingly upset to discover that the only check out option was self-service. This has happened on many occasions when we shop after 10 pm. We are both disabled so this is difficult and really not a good situation. Each time we must request that the supervisor open a check out with a cashier. We are told that the person scheduled to work has called off so that another supervisor must be called to do this. Both of us feel like we have to force personnel to do this. It should be a priority for customers to have a good experience at the final point of contact. We each have previously worked in a retail setting, including owning our own business. Additionally, a number of items that I had regularly purchased have been discontinued over the past year. Due to this and the general atmosphere of your stores, such as screaming children and too narrow isles in some areas, I avoid shopping here as much as possible. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area so my options are limited.
The most poorly organized Walmart I have ever been to! Why are body lotions located in the middle of the store when the rest of personal care is in the front right corner by the pharmacy? Plus, they move items to a new location ALL THE TIME! Which would be great if they put similar or associated items together... get ready to go on a wild goose chase.
