Walked around the entire store twice before finding an employee only to be told "Someone should be over there". There wasn't. Then finally found another employee who called someone and then I got help. Came back a day later to purchase item I wanted only to find no employees after walking the entire store and loudly asking if anyone worked there. I finally found the electronics guy who was the only guy who could help me because no one else knows "anything about them or where they are". He was busy with another customer and waited 20 minutes till he was done. Never again Sears.
I called Sears to find out what blade I needed for my lawn mower that I bought there. A craftsman. The operator told me she would walk my message down to lawn and garden, and they would call me back. They never called. I guess I'll go to Lowe's.
Great service! I had to have my car towed all the way from WV and arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. The mechanics looked at my car right away and stayed late to fix my car. It was a simple fix, but their willingness to do the job today rather than put me off until tomorrow was beyond my expectations.

I use the auto center for general maintenance. They get the work done fast enough. I wouldn't take a vehicle here for major repairs though.
