This review concerns their online process. I ordered an item to be delivered to the store for pickup ( small charge). It was to arrive in four days. After eight days they cancel my order and never even notify me. The only reason I know I went in and tracked the shipment. Could their customer service be any worse. They are by far the worst online retailer I have used in the last year.
Cashier was extremely polite n helpful. He assisted me with my purchase and helped me with credit card payment. Great deals today at jcpennys in Indiana mall.
I always get great deals when I shop here. The line was only a couple people long, and they had 3 cashiers plus someone to run and help carry, get a forgotten item, etc. They were a little confused at how to ring my massive amount of items to best use the coupons, but they were friendly and we figured it out! There was a small issue when they asked to see my ID, which they have never done before, and I had forgotten it! They put the order on hold, and I came back the next day to get it. Very strange, and an extra trip, but I had forgotten my ID so not entirely their fault.
The girl that did my eyebrows was extremely unfriendly.. didn't even greet me and only spoke to me to ask if my brows were ok which wasnt great but was mostly disappointed with service which is why I didn't leave a tip... I am a generous tipper (I once tipped a hairdresser $200 coz she did such an amazing job but above all she was just awesome, friendly courteous and provided beyond expectation customer service) I refuse to tip any one that treats customers like dirt so for that reason alone I will never go back there again.
