I am a mechanic and I went there for an alignment since I do not have an alignment rack at my shop. The made it perfect for me. Charged a good price and told me everything else that was wrong with my truck. I told them I already knew what was wrong and I paid them. And went on my merry way. Very friendly and honest people.
Came here to get my car inspected and I don't if it was because they knew I was first time car owner but they immediately tried to rip me off. They told me that my car failed inspection because it needed about $500 of miscellaneous work. I knew that was bull as my car was great condition and the only thing that was wrong with it was the taillight that was out. I recommend that no one come here for anything. They recently tried to charge my friend $80 for an oil change also. Avoid at all cost.
How are these people still in business? They quoted $1,022 dollars to fix a muffler on an older Toyota to an unknowing international student. I told him to go to Magas... only $140.
Please stay away from them for the safety of your family and friends. You might not be as lucky as me and my wife had been.
Don't recommend anyone going here. They tried charging me 13 dollars for a bulb that I could get for 2 elsewhere and to make it worse, they wanted to order me the wrong bulb. My total bill estamate was 600 dollars. I went 5 minutes down the street and got the same thing done for 200. Total rip off
If I could give them a zero I would. They inspected my wife's car. It was unsafe to drive but they failed to mention that. 1 tie rod snapped going down the road. The other tie rod is twisted to the point it will snap. There is serious decay on the frame that makes it to dangerous to drive. We had to take it off our insurance and we reported them to the state police. They do not deserve a star. It sickens me to think that some place could still be open and feel good about what they do even though it could have killed us. They won't even give us money back for all they said was wrong with it originally because they looked hard enough to find a short list. We fixed it and then went back. 2 diffrent people looked at it but they couldn't see it. It took another business to tell us that it shouldn't be on the road.
