Never going back to the grooming salon! I am a groomer myself, but I had back surgery, so I brought my long haired dog for a trim. I specified trim. They shaved him to the skin from the neck down, but left his head a giant fluff ball. It was winter! My 8 year old can do better. It was like $60 for that mess, too!

Store employees are great and friendly. But, the grooming salon is horrible and will try to overcharge any chance they get. If you say something about it, it is not taken seriously and one of the groomers will actually laugh at you. Previous groomers were great, but now it is excuses, money, and headaches. They even have a district manager that says it is the policy and it is only fair, but they are unable to explain how overcharging the customer is right.
