They have such a great selection of products from necesities like leashes, food and pet care to fun frivolous toys. Great advice from staff as well. Always a fun stop.

It's just horrible. They don't take care of the animals...I wish I hadn't deleted the pictures, but it was just too upsetting. They tried to sell sick guinea pigs as "hairless" despite the fact their hair was growing back. They were constantly shaking, not interacting...and their eyes were watering. I checked back on these guys every week until they were no longer there. I asked what happened to them, why they were like that...only to be given the biggest BS answer.
I've had no problems with service at this place, I just find it to be expensive.
Yesterday they had a guinea pig by itself...which is unacceptable as they are social creatures that NEED to be in at least pairs. Poor thing just hid in the corner...
All the girls that work in there are so friendly and nice ! They make Rocco the center of attention when we go in there. To the point of sitting on the floor with him and loving him ! As far as Deb the groomer she has a heart of gold as far as I'm concerned ! We had a lab, German Shepherd, 15 1/2 years old he was very fragile in his age and she treated him with gentle hands and loving heart ! Now we have Rocco a Doberman puppy an she treats him the same !
