Twice he forgot to send my bank the rental money for my house and one of those times it took over a month for him to send the check out. As my property manager he was very reactive instead of being proactive and in fact most of the time I knew about issues with my house before he did even though I live over a thousand miles away.
Had a horrible experience with good news realty. I normally never write reviews about anything but felt an obligation to do so in this case. The individual who I dealt with who operates good news is very dishonest, caught him lying to me on more than one occasion.
There are plenty of good Realtors / property managers in Indiana County don't learn the hard way that good news realty isn't one of them. Learn from my mistake and get a good realtor / property manager.
