I called and got an appointment the same day; the convenience of that is amazing. From the start to the end every single worker that helped me was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and understanding. I can't believe how caring they were to a 19 year old who was blind to everything and trying to get it done alone. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone who is stuck or needs attention from a great staff. 10/10!!!!
The provider at this clinic ridiculed my healthcare decisions that were endorsed and encouraged by other providers, plenty of research, and leading women's health organizations. Her comments were extraneous to my care and were personally hurtful. I am in the process of filing complaints against the provider and the organization for her lack of education and her disrespectful remarks. Please look elsewhere for appropriate care. If you have also been mistreated by this provider, I would be interested in speaking with you so that we can all make a change. No human being should have to go through what this provider has done to so many. Let's make this dehumanizing care end!
Adagio is the best ob/gyn I have ever been to.
Pros: They scheduled my appointment relatively quickly. Cons: The wait in the office was really long, and I felt rushed when asking my questions/concerns. The biggest concern was the possibility I could be pregnant. They gave me a test and it came back negative. My bill for that test came over a year later...4 months after I had the baby that did, in fact exist, despite what the pregnancy test I paid for said. I switched to Dr. Penezic out of IRMC and she is AMAZING. I strongly recommend going to her instead!!
I had a wonderful experience at Adagio today. If you have had a bad experience here, I suggest you give it another try. The first time I went here was 2 years ago and I had a terrible experience with the lady that did my check up. She was rude and ignorant. I was iffy about going back but I did. The new lady working there was very helpful and caring. She answered all my questions and treated me with the upmost respect. I will absolutely be going back to her from now on!
04/13/2016 UPDATE: I have spoken with multiple employees at both the clinic and corporate levels. They were helpful, professional, and informed me that the particular provider would undergo evaluation. I am also submitting a complaint to the state licensing board.
