I ordered a part from Delaney's for a Chevy Cruze I was rebuilding after an accident. I was told when I ordered the part that I would be contaced when it came in, most likely Thursday or Friday. On Friday afternoon I hadn't heard from them so I called and was told that the part was infact in. I wasn't going to make it to pick it up by closing time Friday, but I was told that the parts department was open Saturdays. Saturday I drove to Delaney's, arriving at about 3pm. The sign on the parts door states they are open until 5pm on Saturday, but they were already gone for the day. I asked a salesman if I could get my part and he told me that they don't do anything with parts, and that it is common for the parts guys to leave early Saturday. I told the salesman to have the parts department send it back. I ended up ordering the part online for less money, and it arrived in my mailbox 3 days later. Thanks for wasting a couple hours of my Saturday. Delaney's is on my never again list.

Aaron was a fantastic salesman, would buy a vehicle from him anytime. Zero pressure, explained everything thoroughly. On the other hand, the finance manager - Matt - was the exact opposite. Did not explain anything well, he understood that I wanted lower payments and told me I could cancel an extended warranty anytime, with the payment going back down to the original payment shown. I cancel the warranty, and the payment stays the same (although the term was lower, he knew I preferred a lower minimum payment). This was absolutely not explained to me, and he knew for a fact that I wanted lower payments. When discussing this over the phone with him, there was more of a focus on him trying to talk me into keeping the warranty than anything.

I always have an great experience at Delaney! I recommend this dealership all the time! I have never been disappointed with this dealership! Everyone is very welcoming and answer any questions you have! They make you feel like family not customers!

I understand commission/sales, but do it with ETHICS towards your customers. Overall, I would buy another vehicle from delaneys, as Aaron works to get the best price with no pressure. Do yourself a favor and say no to every single suggestion that the finance manager recommends.

We bought a crude from them in 2015. We were told we would get a loyalty discount if we came back to buy anymore. My husband wen to look at new trucks and all they did was give us the run around. We went to baglier instead. Delaney has lost our business
