A little pricey but good care overall, clean facility. I appreciate that you do not need a prescription in order to get flea medication here.
I love this place and swear by them. I recommend everyone to them. The prices are very affordable, and they are knowledgeable about a variety of animals. The staff is also extremely nice, helpful, and sympathetic. Since 2014, they have treated our two dogs, our three cats, several strays we have brought in, and even my two rabbits! They spayed my female rabbit, which is a hard surgery to find someone to do!
This place is horrible. The first two times I went here the whole staff was very rude and we had to wait forever and were taken way after our appointment time. Recently our dog became very sick and couldn't walk so we immediately called here being that it was technically our vet, no one else would accept us because our dogs weren't already patients. It was clearly an emergency and I was very clear I needed him to been seen right away but the person who answered the phone (I will not name her) personally did not like me and said she couldn't get him in until Monday(I called on Friday). Long story short, I had to take my sweet dog to an emergency vet two hours away where he peacefully passed away of an unfortunate spinal problem. So veterinary clinic of Indiana, your stupidity prolonged my beloved pet's suffering. I can only hope this doesn't happen to someone else.
Very good veterinarians. They are able to do most things in the office, which makes things easier on everyone. Prices are good too..
