Purchased a pair of shoes, took them home within an hour my feet were in horrible pain, so I returned the shoes, owner refused to give my money back, only gives store credit, does not offer to order other shoes in that are proper size, return policy is ridiculous, this store is a scam, bad quality shoes with tons of defects horrible return policy, money hungry owners, buyers beware!! Avoid this store at all costs!!
I purchased a pair of shoes at Michael B's while in town on business. I got them home and realized the heal was broken. I called them right away and the person I spoke to told me to bring them in. I explained I lived 2 hours away but I would bring them in when I was in town. I went in about a month later and dealt with a young man who claimed to be the manager. He offered to have the shoes fixed but would not refund my money. I explained I did not want the hassle and since it was obvious that I had not worn the shoes I would prefer a refund. He was so rude about the whole process. I finally agreed to fix which took almost 3 weeks. I finally wore the shoes and heel broke again. Thanks for a crappy evening and a defective pair of shoes! I will never shop there again.
