Was asking some simple questions and a man named AJ was very rude and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

To all of you negative people out there, how would you hold up day in and day out with the people in Indiana county constantly being nasty to you for doing your job? I frequent that post office, and every time I go in, it's packed with people that just make the nastiest comments and act as though they are better than the person trying to help them. Typically it's the customer making a mistake and trying to tell the worker how to do their job, when the customer is the one who messed up. Post office is a Post office. The employees here do their best to help the public, and they do it well. All you people who talk bad are probably the ones I see in their being rude to the workers. We all have jobs, we all have lives, and bills, don't be telling people how to do their job that you know nothing about
They have not delivered 2 of my packages this week due to employee error. The correct Address has been on both packages. They don't even read the address & assume that it's a po box when it's not. It's a box number at the address where it's to be delivered!! Also the employees at the front counter were very unprofessional, talking about what they did over the weekend, etc when there were multiple customers in & out during the time I was there. I called to find the location of my other package & the lady on the phone was very rude & didn't even listen to what I was saying when I was trying to tell her what the status on my tracking number said! They need to work on their professionalism & customer service. I would also say they need to pay attention to where packages are supposed to be delivered!
I have been running an etsy shop out of my little apartment in Indiana for more than a year, and the post office workers here have always been more than kind to me. They're always helpful, they taught me how to ship without paying a million, and despite the line they're usually pretty fast.
