Every single time we get Bob's Subs, I order my hoagie with NO cheese - but yet my sub always has cheese. Ordered today - emphasized the fact that I do NOT want cheese - the girl still put cheese on it. As I tell her no cheese - she gives me this nasty look. My husbands sub was not made right - again - adding stuff that isn't supposed to be on there. Then I was told that they were no longer aloud to sell me all of the tea. Now mind you - we paid for every single carton of tea they had. But now they are limiting how much someone can buy? I'll be speaking with the owner on Tuesday. If this is the way they run their business - they just lost us and everyone we know.
The food is great. However, both times I've been there, there is only one person working. One person to take orders, payment AND making the subs is not nearly enough.
Love Bobs subs! Always great food and friendly staff. Can take a bit to get your sub when they are crowded so call ahead durning lunch and dinner rushes
I'm not a sub person , but this place was amazing. Quick sandwiches, and they are phenomenal.
I ordered, two families of 4 ate in and left before I got my food 55 minutes later, all I was offered was chips for the long wait during a slow time of the day. Just go to subway if you want this type of food, service is terrible.
