Not only did Chris agree to do this, but went out of his way to travel to two different locations with my wife to get signatures, AND both started and completed the process extremely fast, with profession handling, sensitivity, as well an unexpected staff offering to make numerous copies of the final documents for us!
I could not have asked for a more smooth process with Budash & Welch, LLP - Attorneys at Law. My ex-husband and I had a no contest divorce. We considered going with an online divorce "kit". After doing a bit more research I decided to go with a local attorney. I am so glad I did.

Christopher S. Welch, Esquire is more concerned with building his new house than taking care of his business at the office. I have been waiting for over a year for a divorce. He keeps blaming the opposing attorney for the delay. I wasn’t born yesterday. He claimed several times the opposing attorney was not in the office so I called the opposing attorney prior to calling Mr. Welch. The opposing attorney was in the office that day; however Mr. Welch told me he was not. Mr. Welch needs to understand that it is people like me that enable him to build a new house. We are his business. Word of mouth and the internet are very powerful things. I have already warned my friends and family about his laziness and incompetence and I have heard it reiterated to me through conversations with people I have never met. Simply put word does get around. If you want a competent attorney Christopher S. Welch, Esquire is not it. Look elsewhere.
My wife's family has been infirm for awhile now, and Chris Welch was contacted to find someone to help get Power Of Attorney going for us.
While the amount of work involved appeared to be small in comparison to other legal needs, Chris treated us like we were his top priority!!... with caring, courtesy, a sense of urgency, speed and obvious respect!

I know divorce can not possibly be a painless process, but Mr. Welch and his staff worked very hard to help make my divorce process as quick and easy as possible.
I work two jobs at over 50 hours a week. Mr. Welch took care of everything I asked and even informed me of things I didn't even think of in advance. His front office employee was in constant contact with me. She was kind, thorough and prompt with all of our correspondence.
Thinks he's God's gift is a terrible attorney gets really mad when people who don't have an attorney get in his head and don't fall for his set ups
