When I need anything done with jewelry I always go to Denise at Kay Jewelers at Indiana Mall. She is remarkably knowledgeable and has been a jeweler for years. I would recommend her of this particular store to anyone.
Most the employees are grumpy and they just try to force things upon you that you dislike or are way overpriced. They give you different information depending on who you talk to. I refuse to buy from there anymore and I will be taking all my business to Lorelli's.
My husband and I have been purchasing almost all of our jewelry from Kay’s at the Indiana mall since 2001. We have never had a bad experience during any of our purchases. The staff has always been very helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. They also have a nice variety of jewelry to choose from. Love the Indiana mall Kay’s store!
Absolutely horrible store! The women are ALWAYS rude and disrespectful. They harass you so hard core to "just apply" for a kay card. They get pissy if you don't. Even when you do, they are still rude. I took my watch in to be looked at after just a couple weeks after purchase. They got defensive and aggressive because they thought I was insinuating them to be at fault. So I sent it out to get repaired and returned by time of graduation (tomorrow) they never called to say it's in. I called them to see if it's in. She said yes it is. When I asked why I wasn't notified that it was in her response was "it doesn't matter, it's here. Come get it" there's many more occasions other than this I can mention. If you want quality customer service compared to this. Go steal the jewelry you want from a gang member, even they will be more happy to assist you than this store!!
Great store to shop in! The store employees are always so nice to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about the products being sold. I won't buy my good jewelry anywhere else!
