I have been ill and had a lapse in my insurance for 34 days. They told me they would have to re-write my policy and it is going to cost me over $2,000.00 for 6 months. What is even worse, I have been calling since early this morning, and Bill Thompson himself, won't even return my call. He is " too busy". This is the thanks I get for being a loyal client. Kicked to the curb when I need them to help me.... So, NO, I would not recommended this agent.
