Ordered a washer online. Was directed to 3 different locations while different staff “had to call about it”. Then we sat in our car for half a hour, and were then told our order was still on the shelf and needed pulled. All this when our order was listed ready for pickup. Terrible service, we will not be ordering anything from them again.
Love the appliance dept! The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The loaders out back are super . Gotta love strong boys!
The guys inside the store were very helpful. The guys back at the loading dock were not organized. They had no idea what they were doing. One person told me to stop here and another one said don't go there we have to take stuff in and our of there. They need more training.
This place is joke. First good luck finding someone to help half the time. Secondly everytime we ordered something they don't have it even though it says they do.
No one in for lawn mowers. Had to get someone from the plants department. She was very nice, but wanted us to order it online instead of her ringing us up at the store. My husband told her he wanted to order it right then. The ladies at the front counter was very very rude. The one that was very rude was pregnant. Not nice at all. I love Lowe's, but they have to remember, I am why they have a job. I also have to remember that at my place of employment as well. Thank you
