Absolutely awful. The owner is a real ignoramus.
he acts like a know-it-all and I bought an item from him and could not even get it installed for 2 months then he doesnt want to take responsibility for anything that happens to the car after that... denies it had anything to do with the product or the installation. ridiculous. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you are hoping for customer service or professionalism, do not go here looking for it, you'll be disappointed.

i was quoted a price(installed) for a product.. then i call back to set up an appt to buy it and get it installed and the so called owner, said he made a mistake on the quote and that the price would now be $300 more...what a way to earn my business... call audiophonix right down the street and much better service and pricing
