Quick service, clean car. Good value
They did not have a variety of cars available. I had two options that met my budget. One was completely filthy. Because of my short stature, I could not see out of either vehicle. The salesman told me that he could get me some phone books to put on the seat for me to sit on. That comment was offensive and discriminatory and I was sent home driving a car with my coat on my seat so that I could see the road. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
The staff was freindly and helpful. Of all of the times I've had to rent a car my experience with this location was by far the best experience. In fact it's the first time I haven't experienced any issues with the rental process. Pick up and drop off were both handled quickly and professionally.
The employees at Enterprise in Indiana, PA are always nice and friendly and willing to help. Excellent customer service!
The van was great clean in great shape the only problem I had was I had to stop and buy GPS I rented one but it was a mess did not work right would not take address I was going to it kept cutting out at 10.00 A DAY YOU EXPECT IT TO WORK OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GREAT
