if I call you on the phone and you specifically say, "yes, we can do a money order for non-customers, it'll cost $5," and then I drive there and take you up on that, don't then say, "no we don't do that," with the excuse that the woman on the phone "is new here." It's sad how these people can't take five minutes and five of my dollars to help someone out.
After using bill pay I received two late charges.The payments took ten days to be sent after Indiana First posted that they were.I went to bank and ask to talk to someone who knew about it and the teller refused to let me talk to anyone and tried to do it himself.I did my own homework and found out that Ind.First OUTSOURCES this service and nothing can be done.Also all my personal info is out there who knows where.Looking for new bank!
